Mujeres Opañel (Opañel Women) is a NGO, funded in the early 1990s to support human rights and equal opportunities. Broadly experienced, it has been taken as professional model in the contexts of Social Intervention, Immigration, Employment, Equal Opportunities and Family and Children.
People are our main value and our interest to improve the quality of the services that we provide led us to achieve the European certification of commitment to excellence (Model EFQM).
Our mission consists of providing resources and services for social welfare, by integrating diversity, incorporating gender perspective and prioritizing women and socially-disadvantaged men. This integral monitoring will boost their autonomy and personal promotion and subsequently improve of their quality of life.
