The grants are available to NGOs, research and academic institutions and for private and public sectors of the 12 most recent incorporations to the EU as well as Greece, Spain and Portugal. The main areas of support are: environmental protection and climate change, research and scholarship, civil society, children and health, gender equality, justice and cultural heritage .
